Frequently asked questions
What is Enew?
Enew is an AI conversation platform. You chat, create text and files and organize everything in projects, in the browser, with nothing to install.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Enew works in the browser on a computer or phone, with light and dark themes.
Which AI models are available?
The platform connects models compatible with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and Ollama. The list depends on the models enabled for your plan.
How does billing work?
Energy is the usage unit for platform services, with or without tokens. Before sending, you see a variable estimate; afterwards, you can review the actual debit and details in usage history. See the purchases and subscriptions policy.
What happens to my conversations?
Your messages stay encrypted in your account and are not used for advertising. You can export or delete everything whenever you want. See the privacy policy.
