Business Agreement

Terms for organizations · version of 17 September 2026.

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of Enew by an organization and its members, in addition to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. In case of conflict for an organization workspace, these Business terms prevail.

2. Organization and administrator

The organization is created by a person who becomes its Owner. The Owner and administrators are responsible for inviting members, assigning roles and permissions, keeping fiscal data accurate and managing the organization's billing.

3. Workspaces and data ownership

Each organization has its own workspace. Chats, projects, files, Energy, subscription and fiscal data belong to that workspace and are not shared with personal spaces or other organizations. Members with access may view organization content according to their permissions.

4. Acceptable use

Use of Enew must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the platform rules. The organization is responsible for its members' compliance.

5. Plans, billing and taxes

Business is a self-service monthly subscription billed in USD, renewed automatically until canceled. Enterprise is provided under a negotiated contract. Prices may change with notice. The organization provides its own fiscal data and is responsible for its taxes. If the organization is on a contract, Energy and limits follow that order.

6. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for non-payment or violation of these terms. On termination, the organization may export its data within the retention window; afterwards data is deleted according to the Privacy Policy.

7. Data processing

Where Enew processes personal data on behalf of the organization, the Data Processing Addendum applies and prevails over these terms on that subject.

8. Support and liability

Support levels follow the plan or the Enterprise contract. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as defined in the applicable contract.
