Your use of Enew

Enew offers access to artificial intelligence models. Replies may contain errors; review important information. You are responsible for the content you send and must have authorization to use and share your files.

Account and availability

New sign-ups may remain closed during development. Protect your password and your keys. Availability depends on the contracted provider. The service may suspend accounts for abuse, unauthorized access attempts or non-payment, with a support channel for review.

Energy and Bonus

Energy is the platform service usage unit, including third-party and first-party services with or without tokens. The preview before sending is an estimate, not a final price or usage cap. Actual usage can vary with history, attachments, the response and resources used. Commercial rates and calculation details are available in Models and My Energy. The final debit and available historical rates appear in usage history. A temporary reservation is made before execution; unused amounts and failed requests are refunded. Bonus is granted by the platform, never purchased, and expires in 30 days. Chat uses Bonus first, then purchased Energy, which expires 12 months after each grant and may also be used in the API (Bonus is website-only). Within each type, the earliest expiry is used first. Each batch keeps its own expiry.

The Free, Plus and Pro plans have benefits and prices shown before purchase. Top-ups are independent of the subscription. Recurring charges, cancellations, refunds and consumer rights must follow the contracted offer and applicable law. Contact contact@enew.ai for review requests and support.

Use limits

Do not try to bypass access controls, compromise security, generate abusive traffic or violate third-party rights. Frequency, attachment and context limits protect the operation. Failed messages do not charge Energy.

Prohibited use

You may not use Enew to create or seek pornography or explicit erotic material, graphic violence intended to cause harm, assistance with crimes, piracy or copyright circumvention, or sexual content involving children. Factual, news, legal or educational discussion may continue; we refuse step-by-step help to break the law. Repeated violations can suspend the account automatically for review. Report harm involving children or adolescents at contact@enew.ai or through the in-product form; we record a protocol without storing the chat text in that channel.

Financial information

Replies about money, markets or crypto are educational. Enew is not an investment adviser and does not recommend buying, selling or allocating money to a specific asset, product or strategy. You remain responsible for financial decisions and, when needed, should consult a qualified professional.

Age, parental consent and safety

Independent use is not available under 13. Ages 13 to 17 require a verified adult guardian to accept a recorded link. Adults confirm age with a trusted automated method, not self-declaration. Teen mode applies stricter content rules, refuses graphic sexual or violent material, and helps with schoolwork by guiding reasoning instead of delivering finished assignments. API keys and purchases are adult-only. Guardians may pause an account, set time limits and see time-of-use metrics; they do not receive conversation transcripts.
